xPad Tiers

xPad uses a Tiers system based on the point counted of XP token staked to determine the pool and the amount of allocation a participant is entitled to. We specifically designed the tiers to benefit the entire xPad ecosystem. To ensure a fair distribution, users will be allocated into different tiers according to the number of XP tokens they held, where the higher tier holders will have more privileges in participating in early rounds and higher allocation size.

Staking points

• Each staking pool will have different APY and point multiplier

• This staking points are used to determine users' tiers and the number of tickets (allocation) users can join in IDO.

• Total Points = Sum of (Staked token in each Pool * Multiplier)

For example, an user stakes 20,000 XP in each pool, hence

Total Points = 20,000 * 5 + 20,000 * 3.5 + 20,000 * 2.5 + 20,000 * 1.8 + 20,000 * 1 = 276,000 points

Note: xPad investors who invested in xPAD Seed/Private rounds will have the Points equal to total Purchased token regardless of vesting or not.

For example, xPAD investor purchasing 600,000 XP will have 600,000 Points hence is in Gold tier from the begining. That investor needs to stake the vesting token to the pool without selling any tokens to maintain in their Tier.

Guarantee tickets

The number of Guarantee tickets is determined and fixed by the user's tier

All Tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold) will use guarantee tickets to join Guarantee round in IDO sales.

Depending on each project and the number of guarantee tickets, the allocation amount of each guarantee ticket will be announced before the sales.

Lottery tickets

Each 3,500 Staking points will receive 1 Lottery ticket. The more Points user have, the more Lottery tickets they gain.

Before the sales, xPad will roll lottery tickets to determine Lucky tickets (confirmed tickets to join IDO). All Lottery ticket owners will use their Lucky tickets to access the Lottery round in IDO sales.

Each Lucky Ticket gets 1 allocation. Chance to get Lucky ticket from Lottery is 20%.

Note:

• We will snapshot randomly user Staking balance 24h-72h before IDO opens.

• Do not unstake your XP until you have finished claim your allocations.

• Please make sure that you have sufficient fund in your wallet and JOIN POOL on time.

• Restricted Region List: Botswana, Cambodia, Central African Republic, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Republic of Seychelles, Ethiopia, Ghana, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Syria, Sudan, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Venezuela, Yemen, and the United States of America (herein “Prohibited Jurisdictions”).
